Structured, guided Multi-year Program
A combination of academic and non-academic achievements form the basis of a student’s selection into a college. The non-academic component is usually found lacking. We understand a student’s aptitude and interest to devise an annual student development plan comprising a series of activities in line with the student’s goals.
Each student’s set of activities (sports, blogging, volunteering, dance, etc) will be unique for each student and includes blogs, podcasts, research papers, internship, voluntary work, social media profile building, and more.

Tailor-made program for each student
The preparation for college admission needs ample time to engage in a multitude of activities to build a student’s profile. At College Counselling Coach, we take students through a journey of the following steps to bring them closer to actualizing their higher education goals.
1. Assessment & Onboarding
Counsellors conduct an in-depth discussion with the student and their parents to arrive at the student’s aptitude and interests to build a Master Development Plan for profile building.
2. Profile Building
Profile building involves a series of activities planned by the counsellor throughout the year covering internships, research papers, projects and participation in projects and competitions.
3. College Applications
From initiating applications and mentoring students on essays to finalising resumes and LORs, the counsellors meticulously review students’ applications to ensure completeness and timely submission.
4. College Visits
With our partner GradGrow, we plan, organise, and chaperone immersive multi-college tours for international students so that they can explore campuses to experience if this would be ‘the’ place for them to join for their undergrad.
