Two of our students have co-authored a brilliant article on the real estate sector in Bengaluru based on their internship findings and it has been published by Deccan Herald.

Writing blogs, research papers, and internships all constitute a very significant aspect of profile building for students applying for admissions to colleges abroad. The takeaways of such enterprise are enormous both in terms of gaining knowledge and experience as also adding to your repertoire of all things productive that you do outside of school.

Rishabh Krishnakumar Menon and Vikramaditya Singh, both students who did their internship with a real estate firm in Bangalore, went on to write an article based on their insights, on Bengaluru’s real estate residential market. Their article published in Deccan Herald explores the boom and the slump in the real estate sector in Bengaluru, and how the city is poised on an even  trajectory of growth.
