Our Process

  BASELINE AUTOBIOGRAPHY

We conduct an in-depth discussion with you and your parents to uncover your passions and interests. This encompasses your career goals, academic passions, and post-college aspirations. This, coupled with the psychometric test, helps narrow in on subject choices.

  CONDUCT PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT

You’ll take a psychometric test to arrive at your interests and aptitudes for various academic subjects. Objective and unbiased, the test results provide clear insights into your abilities and preferences for specific subjects.

  BASELINE MAJOR

After the interview and psychometric test, the counsellor will review your results and discuss whether your chosen major aligns with your career goals. They will also recommend suitable courses based on your interests and abilities to help guide your academic path.

  BASELINE MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The counsellors build a comprehensive set of activities spaced through the year based on the major that the student aspires to pursue in college. The assignment, tracking, and evaluation, intervention and suggested modification are all done on the ed-tech platform.
