Prabhat is an alumnus of Stanford Business School and has over 26 years of experience in technology enterprises and start-ups. After having worked in various senior leadership and management positions, he founded YourOwnRoom, a prop-tech residential real estate asset management company. Over the years, both as an industry specialist and as someone with tremendous knowledge about colleges abroad, Prabhat has mentored many students through their journey of seeking admissions in universities across the world.

“While guiding students and parents for college admissions, I realised most of them lacked resources or guidance on how to apply to colleges abroad. While applying to Stanford GSB and other similar colleges myself, I understood that for admissions to colleges abroad, one needed meticulous planning and method to stand a fair chance at being accepted. This is when I thought that we could create a structured multi-year program for students so that they can build a very strong holistic profile, something that would ensure their admission in the best-fit college.”

Rajdeep Pundir is a seasoned entrepreneur and a distinguished BITS Pilani alumnus with over eight years of experience in the international education sector. As the Co-Founder and CEO of ReWiser, a leading test prep company, he has successfully guided over 5,000 families towards achieving their study abroad and academic goals. His expertise extends to international education programs and tech up-skilling, where he has made significant impacts.

In addition to his role at ReWiser, Rajdeep is also the Co-Founder and Chief Mentor at College Counselling Coach, a boutique firm specializing in personalized college counseling. His commitment to education is further showcased through his YouTube channel, “Forge the Future,” where he provides invaluable resources to students and parents exploring global education opportunities.

Known for his strategic foresight and compassionate leadership, Rajdeep excels in solving complex business challenges with a consistent, persistent approach that always puts the customer first. His work not only empowers students but also paves the way for future generations to succeed in a global educational landscape.

Santanu Chari is an education professional with a deep passion for enriching students’ lives. He believes that diverse exposure & deep experiences can spark hidden/dormant intelligence & emotions and lay the path for a fulfilling career and wholehearted life.

During the immersive experience of guiding his son for admission to the University of Oxford and the University of Toronto, he has done deep research on colleges overseas, with insightful quantitative and qualitative outcomes. He offers his expertise and guidance with the objective of truly making a difference.

Santanu has counseled parents and children on their aspirations and choices and worked with teachers to appreciate the uniqueness of each child-student. Santanu has graduated from Rishi Valley School, MSR Inst of Tech (Bangalore Univ), and IIM Lucknow. His professional career has been in leadership positions across startups, medium-sized companies, and large brands, in industries as wide as IT, Sports (Incl Rajasthan Royals), Media, Education (Cuemath), Skilling, and Consulting.

Prachi Joshi Johar is an English language and communications specialist with a career spanning over 17 years across various sectors. These include public relations, test prep training, instructional design, copywriting, editing, and content creation. She currently runs an English language skill-building enterprise teaching creative writing, public speaking, and critical thinking to students and adults. She has trained more than a thousand children and fifty adults through a series of workshops. She has authored educational board games and critical thinking books for children between 5 and 15 years of age.

“I have been associated with teaching-learning and content creation in the field of education for many years and I realise that not everyone has the wherewithal to figure out options for studying abroad. Having taught students aspiring to go abroad, I learned that there’s more to a college admission than just scoring well on tests. To have someone with experience and insight to guide a student in his career path is a much-needed service considering we have more applicants than our colleges can absorb.”
