Meet the counsellors
PRABHAT KUMAR TIWARY
Prabhat is an alumnus of Stanford Business School and has over 26 years of experience in technology enterprises and start-ups. After having worked in various senior leadership and management positions, he founded YourOwnRoom, a prop-tech residential real estate asset management company. Over the years, both as an industry specialist and as someone with tremendous knowledge about colleges abroad, Prabhat has mentored many students through their journey of seeking admissions to universities across the world.
While guiding students and parents for college admissions, I realized most of them lacked resources or guidance on how to apply to colleges abroad. While applying to Stanford GSB and other similar colleges myself, I understood that for admissions to colleges abroad, one needed meticulous planning and method to stand a fair chance at being accepted. This is when I thought that we could create a structured multi-year program for students so that they can build a very strong holistic profile, something that would ensure their admission in the best-fit college.
SANTANU CHARI
Santanu Chari is an education professional with a deep passion for enriching students’ lives. He believes that diverse exposure & deep experiences can spark hidden/dormant intelligence & emotions and lay the path for a fulfilling career and wholehearted life.
During the immersive experience of guiding his son for admission to the University of Oxford and the University of Toronto, he has done deep research on colleges overseas, with insightful quantitative and qualitative outcomes. He offers his expertise and guidance with the objective of truly making a difference.
Santanu has counseled parents and children on their aspirations and choices and worked with teachers to appreciate the uniqueness of each child-student.
Santanu has graduated from Rishi Valley School, MSR Inst of Tech (Bangalore Univ), and IIM Lucknow. His professional career has been at leadership positions across startups, medium-sized companies, and large brands, in industries as wide as IT, Sports (Incl Rajasthan Royals), Media, Education (Cuemath), Skilling, and Consulting
